1. Labia correction
Although there is wide variation in normal shape and size of the labia minora , the inner labia sometimes are far longer than the outer. At a young age , but usually later in life (after pregnancy and childbirth ) , this can lead to cosmetic and functional problems.
With the labia correct I will reduce the labia minora until they just fall within the labia majora. For a proper ratio it is important not to make the labia minora too short. In a single case it is needed to remove excess skin from the labia majora or around the clitoris.
2. Introïtus plasty
Because of one or more child deliveries, having been cut during delivery, or just gradually over the years (the feeling of) having a vagina that is too wide can occur. The introïtus plasty is an intervention that results in narrowing and restoring the vaginal entrance.
With this operation the skin , the mucosa and the underlying muscles at the back of the vagina are reduced in size, which particularly results in a narrower entrance of the vagina.
