This technique is not meant to treat overweight. If you are too heavy, then you have to lose weight. Liposuction however, is a beautiful method to treat abnormal excess fat e.g. contour deformities. Often in the case of excess fat on the hips the results of this method are very good, but by excess fat on the abdomen liposuction can only be used in selected cases or in combination with an abdominal wall correction.
